Lovable’s newest brand ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins will be making an exclusive appearance for this much-loved Australian intimates brand and retail partner, MYER on Wednesday 19 July, commencing at 12.00pm with dance-based event held outdoors in Bourke Street Mall.
Held in association with MYER’s launch activity for Lovable’s Summer 2006 collection, Jennifer Hawkins will appear alongside co-presenter Adam Richard to host a series of head-to-head battles between break-dancing crews, the ‘Dirty Furry Animals’ and the ‘Pretty Baby Dolls’.
The battles will incorporate crump moves, choreographed by Yvette Collins. Crumping is a unique style of street dancing from L.A that has recently gained international notoriety following the release of David La Chapelle’s documentary titled “RIZE”
Jennifer Hawkins will be available for media interviews and photography after the battle concludes at 12.20pm.
The media call will be followed immediately by an in-store signing for the general public, held within MYER’s lingerie department on Level 1, 295 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
MYER will showcase Lovable’s Spring Summer collection in a series of window displays on Lonsdale Street from Wednesday 19 July.
