Returns from a customer should be sent to Lovable by registered post - Eparcel is a one way service. It does not pick up from a customer.
As Eparcel and TOLL require a signature, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the courier and arrange an alternative delivery or pick up of your order.
New Zealand
MAINFREIGHT
- All goods must be signed for by the customer
- Cost for orders from 0kg up to 3kg AU$16.00
- Cost for orders from 3.01kg up to 7+kg AU$22.00
- Delivery should be received within 14 working days.
- Returns from a customer must be sent to Lovable by registered post
As MAINFREIGHT require a signature, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the relevant courier and arrange alternative delivery or pick up of your order.
We do not deliver to any other countries other than Australia and New Zealand.
Returns
Refund/Exchange
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please print and complete the exchange/return form so we can process your return efficiently.

Returns Policy
Garments must be returned within 15 days of original despatch date unworn and unwashed. The Lovable exchange/return form must be included with the garment when returned. Lovable does not take responsibility for garments not received if a customer attempts to send a garment to Lovable via non registered post.
Faulty Item
Garments will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the garment is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Lovable will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
If You Change Your Mind
Lovable is unable to accept garments that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed and the garment must be in “as new” condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new garments required by a customer. Lovable will either exchange the garment and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the garment, less the original freight charges.
Incorrect Size
No redelivery fee is required for exchanging a size.
Incorrect Colour
Lovable will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour garment you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
