Terms and Conditions
Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

Lovable reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

GST, Customs and Duties
GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices, though you will still be subject to other countries tax where required. All prices stated are in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any additional overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur.

Privacy Policy
At Lovable we value your privacy and under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, any personal information we collect will be kept securely. This statement is our commitment to you, the consumer, of your privacy and the information we collect and hold.

We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase. Certain information, such as delivery addresses, is stored for your convenience but this information is not accessible to anyone but you.

We will treat personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your prior express consent to do so.

When you register on the Lovable website you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive information from Lovable, you can unsubscribe by sending an email request to customerservice@lovable.com.au or by following the unsubscribe link on any newsletter you may receive from Lovable.

Automatic Data Collection
Due to the nature of the Internet, there is certain information that is transmitted to us automatically, such as your IP address and the browser you are using. This information is collected for purely statistical reasons as part of our ongoing development however we do not attach any personal information to these statistics. Similar information is also transmitted along with any emails sent. This information is not stored.

Gift Certificates
Occasionally, Lovable Online will offer certain customers gift certificates of various monetary amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Lovable Online in order to qualify for a gift certificate.

These gift certificates can only be redeemed on Lovable Online and in a single transaction only. Should a customer not use the entire amount specified on the gift certificate when seeking to redeem it, any remaining amount will be immediately forfeited.

When you order on Lovable Online and you choose to redeem a gift certificate, the amount on the certificate will automatically be credited to your order.

Each gift certificate will expire on the date shown on the gift certificate. The amount on each gift certificate cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your gift certificate, we cannot replace it.

Promotion Codes
Occasionally, Lovable Online will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Lovable Online in order to qualify for a promotion code.

These promotion codes can only be redeemed on Lovable Online. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions.

When you order on Lovable Online and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order.

Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it.

Payment
Lovable accepts the following methods of payment:
Secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

Lovable does not convert your total into any other currency, other than Australian dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding an alternative selection.

Valued Lovable Online Customer Discount
As a Lovable Online customer, you will be entitled to receive a 10% discount off any future purchases you make at Lovable.com.au after placing an initial order to the minimum value of $120 (excluding freight and any other costs) in the one transaction. This discount cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any retail store. Price, styles and sizes of products that are displayed on www.lovable.com.au are for online purchases only and may not reflect what may be available in a retail store. This discount only applies to customers who have previously purchased $120 worth of products (excluding freight and any other costs) from www.lovable.com.au within one transaction. The 10% discount is calculated off the total price of the products purchased. Freight and any other charges are then added.
