What is a Gift Certificate?

An Gift certificate is an electronic certificate which can only be redeemed through our on-line store. When the Gift Certificate is sent electronically, it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a code, which is enclosed within the e-mail.

How to purchase a certificate

To purchase a certificate online, select the amount you wish to buy. You will then be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name, and the senders email address, name, date to send and a short message (max 200 characters). Then add the voucher to your shopping bag. The certificate e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of clothing for yourself while sending the e-certificate to someone else while the order of clothing is sent to you. Easy!!!
 
Purchasing with your Certificate

Certificates can be redeemed through this site at any time using the code that is sent with the gift certificate e-mail. They can also be redeemed it by placing a phone order through our call center. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.

You don't need to use the total amount of the certificate at one time. If your certificate exceeds the total amount you wish to purchase the remaining amount left on the certificate is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it again. You cannot use a portion of the certificate with one order and the remaining amount with another order at another time. You can use a credit card (i.e., Visa, MasterCard) in conjunction with your certificate if your order exceeds the gift certificate amount.

Gift Certificates

Occasionally, Lovable Online will offer certain customers gift certificates of various monetary amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Lovable Online in order to qualify for a gift certificate.  Gift certificate amounts may vary according to the value of the minimum order of products.  All gift certificate amounts are in Australian dollars.  You can also purchase gift certificates of an amount of your choice.
         
Should a customer not use the entire amount specified on the gift certificate when seeking to redeem it, any remaining amount will be immediately forfeited.
When you order on Lovable Online and you choose to redeem a gift certificate, the amount on the certificate will automatically be credited to your order.  The gift certificates will give you more information on how they must be redeemed.         
Each gift certificate will expire on the date shown on the gift certificate. The amount on each gift certificate cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you lose your gift certificate, we cannot replace it.  All gift certificates will be emailed to you at the email address you nominate.
